How come none of my videos or movies are not showing up on my tv. I have the
ATI RADEON 9200se Everything else shows up on tv but any video I play out of
windows media player will not show up. Please help/

As in you see the desktop, and you see the window, but instead of the movie,
your TV just shows a black square?
To cut it short, it's to do with overlays only being displayed on your
primary display, and its not a bug, it's a limitation. The best solution is
to enable 'theatre mode'. This is in Control
Panel->Display->Settings->Advanced->Overlays (from memory)
