TV Media Display

I can't get rid of TV Media Display I use M-antispyware
to get rid of it.In a short time it's back. What should I
do.

I would also: Boot into Safe Mode (F8) at startup;
Empty your temporary files AND your Temporary Internet Files C:\Documents
and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files folder ;
Run the scan while in safe mode;

well it said I didn't have it on the computer it's in the
prgram files so I know it's there
