TV Card Recommendation

Need TV Card so that I can watch TV/DVD/VCR output on my PC's screen.
Price doesn't really matter. I don't need FM Tuner. Would prefer internal PC
card.
Of course want quality to be good and recording ability.
Right now my setup is as follows:

Cable->VCR->TV (using coaxial)
DVD->TV (using the triple Red/Yellow/White cable)
Right now the only available outputs are on TV set and they read "To
Converter", "AUX" and
"Out Monitor". The last one is Red/Yellow/White.

forgot to mention that my primary system is windows 2000 Pro.
2.4 Ghz. 1Gb of RAM and plenty of hard drive space.

Hauppauge 150 (or one of the series). The red and white are audio out from
the monitor, the yellow is video out. The pass through may or may not work
with the TV off. You can get coax and video switch boxes from Radio Shack.

The Hauppauge is available from Amazon.com with free shipping. If it
doesn't work out, returns are easy.
