TV card - digital?

Is there an AGP video card with built-in TV tuner that will decode the
freeview digital signal (UK) without an external set-top box? I would like
something at least as fast as my current 64MB Radeon 8500, but as cheap as
possible!

Why not just add a Freeview tuner card? Summat like this one:

Its to go inside a small Shuttle PC that has no PCI slots - just 1 AGP slot.
