A few days ago the TV/Video-capture used to consume about 8% CPU.
I used the lightest possible scheme in graphedit to test it...
Today graphedit does not seem to use any CPU resources!

1. Does anyone know if DirectX October 2007 added this great improvement?
I made two other changes at the same time:
2.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\PriorityControl]
"Win32PrioritySeparation"=dword:00000016
3. In BIOS - AGP aperture size from 128 to 32 MB.
Thank You Microsoft, for this great improvement!
