TUSL2 BIOS Flash and Windows XP

How do you flash the BIOS on a TUSL2 (or any board for that matter) that
is running XP? Since you can't boot to DOS, do you boot to safe mode
and run the BIOS flash from there?

You boot a floppy or a CD.
Read the flashing instructions carefully.
