Turning Off XP Bubble Messages

How do I turn off the bubble messages that XP Home SP2 gives me to explain
how things work, when I'm connected to the internet, what happens when I log
off, and when I have updates ready to install. I'm really tired of having to
click the magic "X" to get rid of them. Thanks in advance.
