Turning off master browser XP Pro

We are a contractor on an military base and their IT asked
us to turn off our Master Browser on our XP Pro machine.
How do you do that?

Open Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services.
Find "Computer Browser", double-click, click the Stop
button, then change the drop-down box to "Disabled".
