turning off help and support auto pop up

Keeps popping up and I can't figure out how to turn it
off. just started two days ago for no reason??

any help much appreicated

What does it say? I've never seen Help and Support do anything on its own.

It just keeps popping up, and when you close it it pop's
back up...

nothingh, it just keeps popping up support/help centre
and then trying to connect. within 30s of closing it pops
back up

You can disable off help and support in

admintools>services
however if you click on help and support it will renable
itselt.

Ok, I think I finally figured out what you're referring to. In Help and
Support, click the Options button on the toolbar. Set Search Options, and
uncheck Microsoft Knowledge Base

Thanks Doug, but still keeps popping up.

It self executes all the time- I assume the only way to
stop ity is to remove it entirely?
