Turning off "Group By" default

When I create a new folder in Outlook 2003, that folder's default
"Group By..." setting is set for the received date. I don't want any
Group Settings at all unless I do it myself. How do I shut this off
for all current and future folders.

Change the default Messages view to not group or create your own view and
apply it on first use of the folder.
