TURNING OFF FILE SHARING

In an articale i read, abuot security against hackers it
recomended i turn off filesharing. i dont know what is
ment by this exactly i have win xp home .what filesharing
stuff should i turn off [newbie]

right click on "My Network Places"

Right click on your Network Connection

Take Properties

On the General Tab, uncheck "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft
Networks"
