Run Services.Msc and locate the Service Windows Search, modify
it's start mode to Disabled. You can also modify the properties of
each volume on the PC removing the tic/check from the option box
"Index this drive for faster searching". This will globally remove the
Indexing attribute from all folders/files on the volume.
