Turn on Underscore Menus?

Where in WinXP do you turn on the option so you see the underscores on the
menus as to what ALT key is active for each menu item?

Right click the Desktop | Properties | Appearance tab |
Effects button |UNCheck: Hide underlined letters for
keyboard navigation unless I press the Alt key | OK |Apply | OK
