turn on remote pc through mboile

is it possible to turn on a off PC through mobile.i know it is
possible through multifunctional panel.but is it also possible to do
through mobile.if anyone know abt it plz send /post its full detail.

is is also possibe 2 do through mobile phone using gprs facility and some kind of extra hardware connected to power supply of motherboard (like using receiver and relay etc..)
