Turn off zooming with scroll wheel

I have a user of Excel 2007 who wants to use his mouse scroll wheel to
scroll up and down in the spreadsheet but it only zooms in and out. In Excel
2007, could you please advise how to turn this off? Thanks.
 
click on Office Button > Excel Options > Advanced > uncheck Zoom on rool with
IntelliMouse > OK out
 
TRY CLICKING ON HOME, THEN THE EXCEL OPTIONS BUTTON, CHOOSE ADVANCED IN
DROPDOWN COLUMN, THEN UNCHECK ZOOM ON SCROLL
HOPE THIS HELPS, WORKED FOR ME
