Turn off word wrapping

When I have a long word which cannot fit in the remaining space in a line, MS
word automatically starts the word in the next line.But if I do not want this
to happen , what should i do?

Hyphenate it? (Tools > Language > Hyphenation)

What do you _expect_ it to do?
