Is it possible to turn off word wrap in Word?

I compose some email documents in Word so as to use the spellcheck and
grammar functions. I then save the text and paste it into the e-mail
composition window I happen to be using.

The pasted text inevitably contains a number of one-word lines. In Notepad
or Wordpad, I can turn off word wrap and avoid the one-word lines after
pasting. Is there some way to turn off word wrap in Word?

Text composed in Word wraps to the margins. There is no physical wrap within
the text stream. If you copy and paste that text into an e-mail editor, the
wrap will adapt to the margins of the e-mail editor window. Those margins
are set in the e-mail software and have nothing to do with Word. The only
variation on this concerns ends of paragraphs where there is a hard return.
