Turn off Virus Warning Pop Up

I am sending email using mailmerge with a MS word Doc. When I am sending the
attachment using the merge email function I get an Outlook warning asking for
permission for email to be sent. How can I by pass this warning so I don't
have to keep clicking "yes" for each one, despite changing the outlook access
time.
