Turn off "Show in groups" view in all Inbox folders & subfolders?

I want to turn off the "show in groups" option in my Outlook 2003 folders. I
have many folders and don't want to have to do each one at a time. Is there
a way to select all the inbox & subfolders at once or apply a view to all of
