Turn off Preview Pane!!!

Hi all,

I want to prevent users from using the Preview Pane in Outlook. I've edited the registry, per article 832561, to run Outlook with the /nopreview switch, but the Preview Pane still works. Am I missing something? Or is it something else I have to do?
