Turn off PC

I can't turn off my Pc because Windows don't respond when
I clik in the turn off button. When I clik in that button
the Windows continues normally but don't turn offf. If
anyone could tell me how this thing works I would
apreciate...

Try this shortcut:

shutdown -s -t 0

Or type it in your run box.
