Turn off Auto Archiving in outlook

Is there anyway to turn off Auto archiving from the exchange server or AD for
the outlook clients? I would like to prevent the auto archiving process from
occurring on my clients.

Yes, there is a group policy setting for this. The Policy Templates
(adm-files) can be found in the Office Resource Kit.
