Turn of UAC

Another question -- this one about guys who are choosing to run Windows
XP instead of upgrading to Vista:

Are they equally as ignorant and stupid as someone who turns off UAC in
Vista?
 
I would suggest that everybody turn that POS UAC off and keep it off. Get a
good firewall and anti-virus and forget about it. I don't know how anybody
gets trojans or virus, I have NEVER had either on ANY computer I have owned
or worked on, keep Windows, your firewall and your anti-virus programs up to
date, most of them can be set to update daily, do that. UAC is absolutly
useless crap that does nothing to keep your computer secure.
