turn menus on in start up

I turned off ALL the menus in the Tools / Start Up
options. I know better, too. How do I get them back?
I hope someone can help

When opening the database from within Access, hold down your shift key
before you click the open button. If you open the database by double
clicking on the mdb file, simply hold the shift key down as you double click
on it. This overrides all startup options. You'll then be able to go back
into startup options and turn them (the menus) back on.

Thanks. I thought it was cntl+break and when it wouldn't
work, I couldn't find anything in the help file.
