Hello, I have RRAS server in w2k SP4 Server and Isa server.

I use pptp to connect pc client with my lan.

I have a remote clients and these clients connet with my server using
protocol telnet (port 23).

I have some problems with some clients. The problem is that VPN is up
and works well, but when I execute a telnet client, for example and a
windows console (telnet Ip_adress), this console lose the conexion ( if
the end user does not use the console program, for inactivity) and vpn
is Ok and the vpn does not lose the conection. I think the problem is
ttl (expires date).

Do you know if it is possible to know if the rras gives this paramenter
when the telnet conexion is up?

Best regards, Julio.

No, RRAS doesn't give this parameter. This is specific to telnet client and
server.
