TS licensing mode

When I tried to do the installation in Per user mode of the TS CAL did not
leave me and is in way by Per device mode. According to the articles can be
solved changing mode by Group policy (in W2k3 with SP1) or with TS
Configuration. But that happens to the licenses that I have granted?. They
are 25 and the system is in operation.

Nothing happens to your licenses. Setting the licensing mode of the
Terminal Server is just a way to tell the Terminal Server which type
of licenses you have installed on your Licensing Server.

New solution, new problem.

Using TS configuration in Server Setting License Mode Properties is missing.
The Sp1 in Windows 2003 is not apply for using Group Policie.

No Licensing entry at all in Terminal Services Configuration????
And you do this on the Terminal Server? Not the Licensing Server?

Note that this has nothing to do with SP1 or not, the licensing entry
has always been there from the start.

Sorry, at Windows 2003 server is a correct procedure in the Terminal Services
Configuration, in Windows 2000 server not licensing entry option is
avalaible.

Yes, that's as it should be.
W2K has no licensing mode because there exists only one mode: Per
Device. W2K does not have Per User licensing.

Yesterday the licenses activation support said me that I cannot change to
usuary way if the bought licenses are not this mode. I am negotiating with
them. I will already tell you.
