TS Client for Win95 with 16MB RAM

Apparently the TS Client delivered with W2K3 Terminal Server needs 32MB to
run. Would the Win 3.1 client be able to run in this situation and amount of
ram ?

Also, anybody know how/where I can get a hold of the Win 3.1 client ? It was
apparently included with W2K Server, but I have W2K3 Server.
 
If you have an older copy of the Windows 98, I think there
was a copy of the 16-bit client on that disk...
