Win98 Can not connect Win2k Terminal Server

Hi,

I have a W2k TS with SP3 installed & used to connect to
Winnt4 DC & now with w2k3 DC. The TS licensing was
transferred to w2k3 DC and removed from w2k server. The
w2k ts was disjoined from old DC and rejoined to the new
DC. PCs used to connect w2k ts are still okay but I can
not see those PCs name on w2k3 ts licensing. I installed a
ts client to a new workstation and tried to connect to w2k
ts but failed with error "Network or Dialup problems...".
It looks to me the new workstation can not get a ts
license from w2k3 DC. I checked MSLicensing\store in reg.
no license received.

Does anybody know the answer?

Hi Matthew,

Event ID 213 was issued from event view in application log
from ts when the new win98 workstation tried to connect to
w2k ts.

I'm not quite sure this is the correct error. I was
expecting the terminal server to report that it couldn't
issue a license or that the license server couldn't be
contacted.
