ts and client shutdown

as per article 216658...
i need to disable shutdown on the ts client in a nt/2000
environment (non-ad).
 
I meant to continue my post...
i need to know if article 216658 refers to win2k ts in any
environment or just an ad enviroment.
 
It appears that this article refers to a system in ad.
This shouldn't be a problem, since you can adjust local
policies to create the same effect.
