Trying to uninstall Windows XP 64-bit OS

I'm trying to uninstall Windows XP 64-bit OS. Once I
installed XP64-bit I am unable to access any programs
that are still currently installed. I am unable to use
system restore.

What is you final plan? Reinstall?
Try the 64 bit newsgroups:

The server newsgroup is correct.

The normal way to "uninstall" any operating system is to format
the hard drive and install a new OS of your choice.
