I need to get rid of the boot screen before I delete the
second partition, but to get rid of it I need an
Administrator Password, (not Windows) that it prompts for
when booting through the XP disc. Does anyone know how I
can acquire this password or create a new one??

If you're referring to the Windows XP OS selection screen, from within Windows, go to Control Panel, System, Advanced, Startup and Recovery, Settings. In the System Startup section, click the Edit button. Remove the reference to the OS you don't want. If you're unsure about what you're removing, post the contents of your BOOT.INI file here.

What should I remove from this?

First, there was no linux information there, but there
was something about a 30 second boot up that I removed,
however it didn't work, and I am right back where I
started. I need that administrator password somehow!

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you using the Linux Boot Loader? And you're trying to use Recovery Console to re-do the boot sector to use the Windows boot loader? If so, you will need the Admin password. If you didn't set it and/or don't remember it, then you may be out of luck.

I don't vouch for this procedure, and your use of it is at your own risk:
