trying to stop emails with certain words???

I am trying to stop emails containing certain words. i go tools-meesage
rules-mail,
I put in to delete all emails with the words rule 1 then rule 2 do ntot
download from sever.
But i still get them also it says rule apply after message is received
What can i do to stop them comeing from the server??

Talk to your ISP about word filters on your mailbox. Nothing to do with
Outlook.

There is no "do not download from server" action in Outlook's rules. If you
can specify that, you're not using Outlook. Click Help>About and post what
you are using and its version.

What is the exact text of the rule that doesn't work? What type of mail
server? What happens if you do a Run Rules Now and run the rule (changing
it to do something like setting a flag), does it work then?
