Very Harry

I would like to scan some official letters and e-mail
copies of these. When I e-mail them to myself....the
letters are Giant sized and hard to read....How do I make
them normal size and how do I change from Paint to
Text?..What am I doing wrong??.Somebody Help!

You'll need an OCR program to convert a scanned document into text.
Omnipage is one of the best.

As far as the letters being huge, try viewing the image at 25% or 12% or
whatever brings it down to a good size instead of the full 100%.

Posted 'as is'. If there are any spelling and/or grammar mistakes, they
were a direct result of my fingers and brain not being synchronized or my
lack of caffeine.

Your scanner comes with software to enable you to scan and store
documents. Depending on the scanner, the application can vary. Read the
documentation that came with your scanner or your software carefully. Office
comes with a handy general-purpose application called Microsoft Photo
Editor, which works pretty well for many purposes. Try that and see if it
improves your success.
It's hard to venture a more precise suggestion, as your posting doesn't
tell what you have done to date, or with what application.
