Trying to run "tasklist"

I want to run the tasklist utility to find out what
programs might be causing my computer to freeze. When I
try to execute it at the command prompt the response is
taht there is no such command or program. What's wrong
here.

Tasklist does not come with XP Home.
Tasklist.exe available here;
http://www.computerhope.com/download/winxp.htm

Copy it to C:\WINDOWS\system32

Start | Run | type: cmd |
When Command opens;
tasklist /svc | ENTER
