I have been trying to make my presentation design unavail to the user. I
tried to use the password to protect editing; however you can hit read only
(in the password menu) and have full access to copy and paste. I tried the
concept of making the slide presentation into an object; which did work
perfectly until I notice all my macros were gone. So I guess another lesson
learned is you loose macros if you try to protect converting to an object.
Can not use package for CD for the same reason.

Take note that Package for CD uses viewer, which doesn't support macros.

I believe you can't copy and paste, or save the presentation. The options
should be disabled.

There are some other ways though, like converting it into .exe. Check this
