Trying to Print on 12x12 paper

Before my office upgraded to Windows XP, I could print 12x12 size paper on my
HP Deskjet 1220c. I would choose "custom" and change my page size to 12x12.
Now, I no longer have that option. I've tried to choose other paper sizes
(for example 13x19) but then my publication doesn't center correctly in the
page. I've downloaded new drivers for my printer, yet that still doesn't
work. Any ideas? I am so dissapointed, I used 12x12 paper on a daily basis.

Navigate to Start Printers and faxes. Highlight the printer on the
list. Select File Server Properties Forms Check Create a new
form. Enter the desired parameters for the page. OK out. Don't forget
to click on Save form before exiting the dialogue.

Let us know.

Go to your printer preferences and select USER DEFINED 8/12 X 11.
Another screen will pop up and allow you to set any size you want.
