trying to import the xls file to microsoft outlook?

trying to import the xls file to microsoft outlook but phone numbers are not
getting imported there, its telling to specify range how to do that??

Please select the range you want import and then type in the name box
(the little white input field with an down arrow) a name you want (for
example "import") and hit ENTER. Save and close the file and import it
again.
