Importing contacts into Outlook 2007

John

My office has sent me an excel list of contacts. I have tried to import them
into Outlook and they just wont import. It seems the new xls file have some
type of code stopping my import. How can I change the file to a csv for a
better import?
Thanks in advance

Did you do this....

Name the range in Excel. Close excel.

In Outlook, file Import.

If creating a Named Range as per Judy's question doesn't work for you - the
process to create a CSV file is simply open the worksheet and do a
<File> --> <SaveAs> and select CSV as the output file type.
