Trying to get the "OK to shut down" message

I have a situation where I want XP to give me the old fashion "Ok to
shut down your computer" screen like it was using an AT power supply
instead of going right to shut down as if an ATX supply was connected.
Is this possible?

Not if ACPI is correctly configured.
