Trying to get rid of Blast Worm

I get a message saying I have the wrong URL. What's that
and isn't there a way I can just click onto something that
will get rid of it?
 
when do you get that message? You should follow the steps outlined at
www.microsoft.com/protect to secure your machine and then follow whatever
procedure your antivirus software vendor has indicated for you to remove the
virus.
