trying to get rid of 1 infected file

I was a victim of the spybot worm and I have done the
patch put up my firewall// quarantined and deleted all
infected files and I am left with ONE file that I can't
get rid of.. I have tried everything.. It says access
denied or file in use.. I have no idea what to do.. the
file name is msblast.exe
If any one know how to delete a file any other way than
the conventional way please let me know..

You seem to have another virus....scan this message group and you should
find there are alot of posts about this. You may want to install the
patch for this virus' exploit.

You can go to www.sarc.com to get a removal tool.
