Hi. I am very new to Excel. I am trying to get the each cell in colum
L to be the answer to each cell in column K divided by 30. Hel
please! I know this is probably elementary for everyone here

One way

in L1 (or whatever the address is to the first adjacent cell in K)

=K1/30

copy down

In L1: =k1/30. Then copy L1 on down to the end of your
data. Assumes K has numbers in it.

Floyd,
A quick way to perform the copy down is to double click on the black square in the lower right corner of the selected cell.

Good Luck,
