Trying to find email address using message header

I received a forwarded email that had, in the original email, people's names
to whom the original email was sent. How can I see their actual email
address, as all it shows is their name (first and last)?

You can't; if the information wasn't included in the email Outlook cannot
"generate" it either.

The header info only shows information on how that message got from the
sender to the receiver. It does not show how it got to the sender.

I thought there was a way to see it by viewing a 'header' or something.
When
I do this all I see is the info on the forwarded email to me, not the
original email. So, are you saying you cannot find this info on FORWARDED
emails only?
