trying to delete program newdotnet.

this nasty little program installed itself in my harddrive.i;v tried
everything i knew to get rid of it ,but no luck.its not in my add/remove so
couldnt delete from there.tried from windows explorer/search,but again no
luck.any ideas?tym.
