Try running an empty VBS script file...

The program will say that the DealHelper Brower Plugin is
trying to install itself. Funny.
 
Did you run a Full System scan in Safe Mode? Scan Options > Full System
Scan. Also remember to turn off system restore before you enter Safe Mode.
