Bug?: Editing vbs scripts in Visual Studio 2003

Hi,
not sure if this has been posted already, there appears to
be an issue with editing scripts with Visual Studio on a
machine with anti-spyware installed (version 1.0.509).

Machine has XP SP2 installed and Visual Studio 2003.

Change the default action for .vbs files in explorer to be
edit instead of open.

Create a .vbs file with notepad, put something simple in it
like msgbox "hello world".

Save the file, then right click it to "edit with visual
studio .net 2003".

An anti-spyware alert appears asking to either allow or
block the unknown script.

If you click 'allow', instead of opening in Visual Studio
the script executes. The second time you right click and
edit it opens in Visual Studio for editing.
