Trustworthy source

User gets a pop up box with the message "You should open attachment from a
trustworthy source" with Open and save buttons . When the user clicks on
Open, the attachment fails to open.

Assuming user is running a later version of Outlook, the Outlook Secure Temp
folder might be missing/corrupt. You can see what folder Outlook is using
by looking in the registry. See:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security

Value:
OutlookSecureTempFolder

If they save it to their hard drive can they open it from there?
