Hi,
Have you unchecked "Require server verification (https)" so that non-https
sites can be entered?

Hi,
IE6 - XP SP2 ?
Could a third-party program such as Spyware Blaster be causing this? Are you
running any programs that use/populate Trusted/Restricted Sotes?

Not likely to help, but try disabling (XP SP2) all browser add-ons from IE>
Tools> Manage add-ons. See if an add-on is causing this.

Or, go to http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/restricted.htm Scroll down to "To
remove all the sites listed in the Restricted Zone." Download and run
DelDomans.inf to clear out all security zones.
