TrueCrypt Nomination

I believe that TrueCrypt should be included in the 2005 nominations. I
cannot figure out how to do it. Sorry.

I tried to put together the form as required.

Looks good! The docs state the OS is Win 2000, 2003 and XP only, as
you noted. This might be an update for these systems over PGPi.

I'll give it a second.
