TRP Stack Locations

How do I fix my computer if it comes up to a blue screen crashes
and says:

NO_MORE_TRP_STACK_LOCATION
 
This should be IRP stack locations (not TRP!)
You've recently installed or uninstalled a low quality, buggy software.Try boot in safe mode.
